The Moon and Sky shawl kit is available in 2 yarn colours with co-ordinating beads, choose from:

• Ghost (light grey) yarn with Silver beads
• Midnight in Paris (navy blue) yarn with Navy beads

This kit contains:

• 100g / 600m - Hand-Dyed Lace Yarn - 80% Extra Fine Merino / 20% Silk laceweight yarn in either:
• Ghost (light grey)
• Midnight in Paris (navy blue)
• 750 x size 8 knitting beads
• 1 pattern (PDF or print)
• 1 removable stitch marker
• An organza project bag

In addition you will need*:

• 1 x 80-100cm 3.5mm circular needle
• 1 x 0.5mm crochet hook

About this Pattern

The Moon and the Sky Shawl is a generously sized lace shawl and incredibly versatile to wear. It is delicate and light enough for warm summer evenings and come the colder seasons it can be wrapped around the neck as an elegant and warm winter scarf.

Alternating relaxing sections of smooth stockinette with a simple, repetitive lace pattern, this shawl makes for an engaging knit. A sprinkling of beads in the second and border sections of lace add a touch of glamour and sparkle. 

A smooth solid or semi-tonal lace yarn works best for this project. You can either match the beads to your yarn or use contrast beads for striking pops of colour.
