• A removable stitch marker

In addition you will need*:

• 1 x 100cm 3.75mm circular needle

About this Pattern

Meet Me at the Station was originally designed to use 1 skein of 100g / 400-425m of 4ply sock yarn but it is so easy to adapt into a larger 2 or 3 skein shawl, and this kit is for the 3 Skein Halloween version of the shawl.

The pattern is easy to work, with the first half of the shawl knitted in stockinette stitch, alternating the Orange and Black yarns every 2 rows. Then you join the 3rd bright purple skein and a simple lace section completes the border.

The picot edges are created naturally by the lace stitch pattern and pinning them out whilst blocking at the end is highly recommended as this will really open them out.

The finished shawl is huge, soft and sparkly, perfect to keep you cozy through the winter months!

Stitches Used – Knit, purl, slipped stitches, sl1-k2tog-psso, yo

Measurements – The finished blocked three skein shawl measures 90” (229 cm) wingspan and 28” (71cm) depth

Gauge: 22 stitches and 33 rows to 4 inches / 10cm in stockinette stitch after blocking
