The yarn shown in the pattern pictures is 'Raspberry Swirl' on the 4ply Silk and Merino base. You can also choose between gold, silver or bronze colour beads.

  • 100g / 400m 4 ply Silk and Merino yarn - 50% silk 50% merino
  • 1 pack of gold, silver or bronze size 6 knitting beads
  • 1 pattern (PDF or print)
  • 1 removable stitch marker

In addition you will need*:

  • 1 x 80cm 3.75mm circular needle
  • 1 x 0.5mm crochet hook

Worked to a crescent shape, the main body of the shawl is worked in simple stockinette stitch and beaded heart shapes define the lace border.

Gauge

23 stitches and 32 rows to 4 inches / 10cm in stockinette stitch after blocking

The lace section incorporates size 6 knitting beads and a link to a video tutorial on how to add beads with a crochet hook is included in the pattern.
