Chora - 75% Superwash Merino / 25% Nylon

Red Wine by the Fire is a warm mix of deep reds and oranges, speckled with coal black. Sit back and let your stitches transport you to a cold winter night, knitting by a warm fire.

If this colorway is not in stock it can be dyed to order for you. As the dyelots are done in small batches they can vary slightly from the picture shown but you will receive a photograph of your yarn before it is posted to check you are happy with the results.

This yarn blend has all the soft and breathable qualities of merino but with the added durability of nylon, making it perfect for sock knitting, or for projects that require that extra bit of robustness. 

The merino yarn has been treated with a superwash which is a process used to flatten out the yarn scales, making them less prone to felting. This means that the yarn can be machine washed, although we do recommend handwashing your hand-knits if possible.
