18th November 2023 – The Great Big London Yarn Crawl – Route 2

Join Jem & Camilla on 18th November for a fun packed busy yarn crawl day!

We will be visiting 3 amazing yarn shops.

All of our yarn shop visits will be very exciting and each of the yarn shop owners are fully aware of our event and will be ready and waiting for you some with discounts etc.

We will be running a fun yarn competition during the day with a special yarn prize for one lucky winner at the end of the day.

We build pit stops into the day and a lunchtime stop break in the middle of the day to rest weary feet and a chance to pull out your latest yarn project.

All refreshments during the day will be paid for by yourself.

Tickets also include a ‘goody bag’ to enjoy during your yarn crawl day and beyond!

Option 1: Travel from Cambridge (travel included in ticket price)

Heading to London – fairly earlyish – from Cambridge central train station – hop on the train and meet the other yarn crawlers and play ‘Yarn Bingo’ as we whizz towards London.

This ticket includes rail travel from Cambridge to London and all tube journeys required to complete the crawl – in the unfortunate event of a rail strike your ticket will be fully refunded minus a £5 administration fee to account for card charges our end.

If you wish to cancel your space after purchasing a ticket a full refund will be given minus a £5 administration fee as long as you give us 6 weeks notice, unfortunately if cancelling after 6 weeks  you will not be refunded – this is simply because by then we will have booked the train tickets and filled the goody bags!

Option 2: Meet in London

Meet us in Kings Cross or at our first yarn shop.

This ticket includes no rail travel so you will need to purchase an underground rail card to join us on this yarn crawl – in the event of a rail strike and us not being able to get the Cambridge group to you we will refund your ticket minus a £5 administration charge to cover card fee’s.

If you wish to cancel your space after purchasing a ticket a full refund will be given minus a £5 administration fee as long as you give us 6 weeks notice, unfortunately if cancelling after 6 weeks you will not be refunded – this is simply because by then we will have prepared the yarn crawl and your goody bag.

Once you have purchased your ticket you will be sent an email confirmation and in October 2023 we will send you a full agenda of the day’s events.
